Meet the Chef - Annie des Forges


Annie’s flavours are unique, her food and presentation vibrant, attention to detail immaculate and her clients are very important and receive the best possible service from her well-trained staff.

Annie is highly reputed for fresh clean ideas and has featured in Foodlover Magazine and The Daily Mail.

Annie des Forges trained at Ewert Place School of Cookery, Oxford 1988, and then went on to set up her own outside catering business in 2004 after working two ski seasons in Verbier, Switzerland as a Private Chef. 

Soon after she became ‘resident’ chef for the High Sheriff of Herefordshire and The Bishop of Hereford as well as many other significant figures and VIP clients. Annie also studied her Wine Diploma at WSET in London.
